About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Reppluse LLC ("we", "us") and the business or organization that uses InfinityRelay ("you", the "Customer"). By using InfinityRelay you agree to these Terms. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to bind it. If we have signed a separate written agreement with you, that agreement takes priority where it differs.
Access and accounts
InfinityRelay is available by invitation or approved request only; there is no public self-sign-up. You are responsible for the people you give access to, for the roles and permissions you assign, and for keeping sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly at the email below if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your responsibilities
- Lawful basis and consent. You are responsible for having the consent and legal basis needed to contact people through InfinityRelay — by phone, AI or artificial voice, text, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or otherwise — and to record and transcribe calls.
- Notices. You must give the notices the law requires, including privacy notices to your own customers, call recording disclosures and disclosures that a caller is an AI or automated system where required.
- Your content. You are responsible for the knowledge, scripts, instructions, templates, ads and other content you put into InfinityRelay, and for its accuracy and legality.
- Your accounts. You must have the right to connect each phone number, website, Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business account and ad account you connect.
Acceptable use
You must not use InfinityRelay to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or make unlawful robocalls or automated calls.
- Call or message anyone in breach of telemarketing, consumer-protection or do-not-call laws, such as the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, national and state do-not-call registries, and similar laws where you operate — including rules on consent, calling hours and caller identification.
- Break the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, Meta Advertising Standards, WhatsApp Business Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Commerce Policy, or the rules of any other platform you connect.
- Make an AI agent claim to be a human when asked, or deceive people about who they are talking to.
- Send content that is unlawful, misleading, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights.
- Collect or process sensitive data (such as health or financial account data) unless the law allows it and you have the needed consents.
- Interfere with, probe, or reverse engineer the Service, bypass its limits, or use it to build a competing product.
We may investigate and act on suspected breaches, including by removing content, pausing campaigns or calls, or suspending access.
Calling, recording and do-not-call
InfinityRelay provides tools to help you comply — such as per-brand do-not-call lists checked before every call, calling hours per time zone, and scripts you control — but these tools do not make your calls lawful on their own. You remain responsible for your calling campaigns, for maintaining your do-not-call lists, for honoring opt-outs promptly, and for recording and AI-voice disclosures.
Meta platforms and WhatsApp
Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp features rely on Meta's services and are subject to Meta's terms, which may change. Meta may limit, change or stop features, review or reject templates and ads, or restrict accounts, and we are not responsible for those decisions. WhatsApp messages outside the customer service window require approved templates. You can disconnect accounts at any time.
AI output
InfinityRelay uses AI to generate replies, drafts, voices, transcripts, summaries and outcomes. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you configure AI agents and for reviewing important messages and decisions — such as prices, commitments, appointments and anything with legal, medical or financial impact — before relying on them. Complaints are routed to people rather than answered automatically, but you should still monitor conversations.
Ad campaigns and ad spend
Campaigns you create through InfinityRelay run on your own Meta ad account. Ad costs are billed by Meta directly to your ad account, under Meta's terms. You are responsible for all ad spend, for your ads' content and targeting, and for compliance with Meta Advertising Standards. Campaigns are created paused, and InfinityRelay's daily and monthly limits pause campaigns at the configured limit, but delays in reporting by Meta can cause spend to exceed a limit slightly. We are not responsible for ad spend or ad results.
Fees
Fees, if any, are agreed with you in writing before use. There is no public pricing. Third-party costs such as ad spend and certain telephony or messaging charges may be billed to you directly by those providers.
Your data and privacy
You own the data you and your contacts put into InfinityRelay. You give us permission to use it only to provide, secure and support the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where data protection law requires, we will sign a data processing agreement with you.
Third-party services
InfinityRelay uses third-party providers, such as telephony, AI and hosting providers. Their availability may affect the Service. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or limit access, pause calls or campaigns, or disconnect channels immediately if we reasonably believe you are breaking these Terms or the law, creating risk to others or to the Service, or if a platform requires it. We will tell you when we reasonably can. Either party may end the relationship as set out in your written agreement or, if there is none, with 30 days' written notice. After termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, InfinityRelay is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce particular business results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and (b) our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them to.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Reppluse LLC against third-party claims, fines and penalties arising from your content, your calls and messages, your ads, or your breach of these Terms or the law — including telemarketing, do-not-call and consent laws.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / COUNTRY – governing law], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in [COURTS OF … – venue], unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and give notice of significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
